NILCOR grp valves

Nil-cor glassfiber reinforced plastic valves can be delivered from a diameter range from ½” up till 36”. Nil-cor is made by compression moulding, in which glassfibers are impregnated with a thermo Harding resin. During  this process the valves are pressed in the desired form. The physical properties of the valves and the used resin and glass quality makes this product resistant to heavy chemical and mechanical loads. Nil-cor is corrosion resistant against almost all aggressive chemicals and fluids, and therefore gives a solution for almost every problem. Nil-cor can, dependant on the required resin quality, be used in temperatures, varying from –40 °C to + 149 °C. Nil-cor can be delivered in pressure classes till150 lbs.

The chemical resistance and temperature restrictions according to the Nil-cor resistance list have to be followed. When the Nil-cor valves have to be used for fluids, not mentioned in the list or are different from the ones mentioned, please contact us first. When the starting points of the project change, it can be necessary to change to a different type of Nil-cor valve.
