PU penetration collars

Intercollars are used to save time and money for the save finishing of the passing through in a grating floor or a concrete floor. The collars also improve the strengthening of the gap after assembly. The most important advantage when using Intercollars, is the cost saving as a result of the fact that the finishing of the grating openings can be made during assembly. There is no need to design this in the engineering phase. By using Intercollars you can diminish the length of as well engineering as grating production.
Intercollars can be assembled with clips or glued on concrete or steel floors. There is no need for hot work because there are no holes to be drilled.

Intercollars are made of self-extinguishing polyurethane with a value of V0 according to the UL 94 norm. Toxicity during a fire is LC 13 according to the LC50 testing method.

Standard colour is yellow RAL 1004.
